There are two bus stands i.e Inter State Bus Terminal (ISBT)

One can find local buses (AC and Normal) buses as well as Inter state 
buses easily. The buses normally run on schedule and frequency of buses 
is very good on a particular route.

Auto Rickshaws in Chandigarh run on CNG and LPG gases to keep the 
 pollution level as low as possible. Cabs like Uber and Ola are very prominent  
mode of transport in tricity.

The railway connectivity is very good for Chandigarh. 3 Shatabdi express  
trains run between Chandigarh and National capital New Delhi. High Speed  
Tejas Express with flight facilities is also about to start between Chandigarh 
and New Delhi.

The air connectivity has risen in the recent years and there are number 
of flights to Delhi, Mumbai, Hyderabad, Bengaluru and couple of international 
flights to Bangkok and Dubai as well. We can find flights at night in the coming 
years as it is not available at present.
